The manifestation of The Stateless Sovereignty of Satan (SSS) is conceptually based in Earth's High Seas and Antarctica where there is no officially unified government to restrict personal freedoms, and the Stateless Sovereignty of Satan (SSS) is originally a regional stronghold in the Alma deShuka ࡀࡋࡌࡀ ࡖࡄࡔࡅࡊࡀ (World of Darkness). 

The only Law of the SSS is a 1st and 2nd Amendment: Freedom to Forge Your Own Path and take All Responsibilities Therein and Freedom to Bear Arms to Defend Yourself from enemies who would physically harm you.
